I went there this morning for an oil change and had great service! I believe the technicians name was Tristain and was by himself. He was hustling. Very quick and efficient . Knew exactly what he was doing, a great asset to your company. Get him some help.

I got an oil change done at The Take 5 # 73152 shop in Dunedin Florida on 3/3/26. All seemed to go well. All the staff was busy and very polite. They seemed to be knowledgeable and efficient. I got the oil change then because I was going out of town the next day. So I drove up 170 miles to my vacation home in Dowling Park florida where I parked it the next day. I did not drive it for 2 days…….but when I looked I saw an oil spot on the driveway. I didn’t think too much of it …..(other than I’m going back on Monday to tell Take5 I have a leak) but after I drove the car 1.5 miles to get gas and parked it again in the driveway, my son-in-law approached me to say I had a leak coming from my car. I said I saw it…..but then I looked at the driveway and it had 5 times more oil in the driveway than before. I am now stuck in my rural house 170 miles away from Dunedin. I am looking for your advice on how to approach this problem. I’m sending the receipt, and photos of the car and the oil leak on my driveway I had to quickly put sand on it to try and absorb the oil that leaked out. Time is of the essence on this matter. Thank you in advance. Jay W Bock

I needed to get an oil change for my 2015 Mazda5 high miles. I pulled in and there were three cars in the lane I chose. I was greeted and given a cold water bottle. I was advised it will be about an hour wait as I was 7th in line. I did some catching up and sure enough it was just about an hour. Once it was my turn the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. My time was right at 11 minutes to complete my services. I had time to find a coupon for 25% off. Thanks Take 5 crew for taking care of my vehicle.
